1. General
This service primarily acts as a payment orchestration platform for digital products and services. In many cases, payments are processed by third-party payment providers rather than directly by this service.
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method and billing model used for a particular purchase.
2. Prepaid Fiat Payments
For prepaid payments made using supported payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar providers), refund requests may be considered in accordance with:
- the applicable tenant's refund policy;
- the payment provider's terms and procedures; and
- applicable law.
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
3. Postpaid Payments
Payments made under a postpaid billing arrangement are generally not refundable, since payment is collected only after the corresponding service has already been provided or consumed.
4. Cryptocurrency Payments
Payments made using cryptocurrencies are generally final and non-refundable.
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds cannot ordinarily be issued once a cryptocurrency payment has been confirmed.
Where exceptional circumstances justify a refund, it is entirely at the discretion of the relevant tenant and may require additional verification.
5. Third-Party Payment Providers
For many payment methods, customers complete payment directly on the website or checkout page of the relevant payment provider.
This service does not process or store payment card information and cannot reverse or cancel transactions performed by those providers.
Questions relating to payment processing may therefore also be subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable payment provider.
6. Tenant-Specific Policies
Individual tenants using this platform may establish additional refund terms for their own products or services.
Where such terms exist, they supplement this policy. In the event of a conflict, the tenant's published refund policy applies to purchases from that tenant, unless prohibited by applicable law.
7. Contact
Questions regarding refunds should be directed to the tenant from whom the product or service was purchased. Where appropriate, the operator of this service may assist in facilitating communication but is not necessarily the merchant of record.
